Every engagement is invoiced against a purchase order or a signed scope. Implementation projects are billed 25% on engagement, 25% at milestone, and 50% on completion. Education and configuration work is billed on completion. Audits are fixed fee, invoiced on engagement. Retainers are billed monthly.
