Onboarding Manager
From 2019 to 2022, at Citrix Managed Services, Manny ran onboarding for enterprise clients and rebuilt the process end to end.
At Citrix Managed Services, onboarding went from 14 weeks to 10, a 28% gain that pulled revenue forward on every account.
Remote-first since before it had a name
Manny has been building remote-work systems since Citrix MetaFrame 1.8, through every Citrix generation to the current release, and has delivered secure remote access for small businesses using VPN, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, and cloud platforms. Remote-first is not a recent adaptation here. It is how this work has always been done.

Where we work
Del Val Investment Group clients have been primarily based out of Miami and Orlando areas of Florida but the company is local to Satellite Beach Florida and has serviced clients in Jacksonville, Tampa, and Melbourne, Florida, as well as throughout Brevard County, Florida and the Space Coast. We also have the ability to service any Global clients remotely.
Locally that means Satellite Beach, Melbourne, and the rest of Brevard County, alongside Miami and Orlando. Most of that work is technology consulting and IT advisory, delivered remotely by default and in person when being nearby genuinely helps.
