Who we are

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to submit through:

• The contact form: first name, work email, company, what you need help with, your message, and an optional phone number.
• The Multifamily Deal Workflow Scorecard: first name, work email, company, role, audience type, approximate deals screened per month, your biggest workflow problem, your seven workflow scores, an optional short description, and your consent choice.
• Other free tools (Get Found, Automation Opportunity, AI Readiness): your quiz or scan answers, and — only if you request the emailed report — your name, company, email, and phone.

Please do not submit passwords, credentials, Social Security numbers, bank information, tenant or investor personal information, confidential deal documents, or sensitive financial records through any form on this site.

Information collected automatically

• Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server information, such as IP addresses, as part of serving the site.
• Our free tools keep a daily request counter keyed to your IP address to prevent abuse (rate limiting).
• Optional analytics (Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) runs only if you accept it in the privacy-choices banner. If you accept, these tools can set cookies and collect usage and device information, such as pages visited and general location.

Your analytics choices

• Analytics does not load until you choose “Accept analytics” in the banner.
• Rejecting analytics does not limit the website — every essential function works either way.
• You can reopen the banner at any time using the Cookie choices control in the footer, and change your choice in either direction.
• Your decision (only the choice itself and when you made it) is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.
• If you withdraw acceptance, we stop analytics collection on this site going forward and remove the analytics cookies this site set; information already collected is handled by the providers listed below.

How we use your information

• To respond to your contact request using the details you provided.
• To calculate and deliver your tool results, including the emailed copy you request.
• To follow up on your request or scorecard submission where you have consented or asked us to.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and tools.

Service providers we use

The following providers process visitor information on our behalf:

• Netlify — website hosting, form handling, and serverless functions.
• MailerSend — sends tool-result and notification emails.
• HubSpot — stores contact records (name, email, company, phone) so we can respond and follow up.
• Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) — optional website usage analytics, only after you accept analytics as described above.
• Anthropic — for the Automation Opportunity and AI Readiness scorecards only, your quiz scores and identified opportunity areas (not your name, email, or contact details) are processed by Anthropic’s API to produce the written summary in your report.

The Get Found tool fetches and analyzes the public website address you submit in order to produce its report.

Links to other sites

This site links to external services such as KeptDo, Calendly (if you choose to schedule a call), LinkedIn, and Trustpilot. Once you leave this site, those services’ own privacy policies apply. We do not send them your form information.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you submit for as long as it is needed to respond to your request, deliver and follow up on tool results, and operate the business, and then remove or archive it. If you would like information about you corrected or deleted, contact support@delvalinvestmentgroup.com and we will act on reasonable requests.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the information you submit, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and business professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will update it on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
