Our flagship example — the Multifamily Deal Analyzer Pro from our affiliate Keptdo — saves multifamily operators an average of 30 to 50 hours per deal by automating document parsing, financial analysis, and the creation of investor-ready presentations. Manny Del Val — Founder & CEO

Manny Del Val is the Founder and CEO of Del Val Investment Group. He brings more than 25 years of experience in information technology building technology enabled solutions that solve real business problems.

Technology career

Manny began his career in technology after graduating from the University of Miami in 2000, starting as a systems engineer and rising to Director of Technology Services at a managed service provider (MSP). Along the way, he built and led project management organizations, designed new service offerings, and won multiple awards for innovation and fiduciary responsibility. He helped pioneer remote work years before it became mainstream, deploying technologies like Citrix and Remote Desktop Services to enable distributed teams.

Multifamily experience

Manny began investing in multifamily real estate in 2023. Between 2024 and 2025 he invested as an LP and Co-GP across 246 units, and quickly learned that broker files arrive in every format imaginable and underwriting models are hit-or-miss — the good ones are Excel-based and still don’t cover everything an operator needs.
