Hello Everyone:

Thank you for visiting our site.  My name is Manny Del Val and along with my beautiful wife Lina we form Del Val Investment Group.  We are a husband-and-wife team based out of Satellite Beach, Fl. We focus on helping our clients address their real estate needs by providing a one stop shop for all their needs.

A little about us

 I was born in Cuba and came to the US in 1980.  I lived in South Florida for over 30 years and my wife Lina was born in Miami Fl and lived in Hialeah and Fort Lauderdale.  I have a degree in Business Management and Organization from the University of Miami and an MBA from Florida International University. I am also a licensed Florida Realtor and I specialize working with investors.  Manny is very good at understanding the market, understanding renovation costs, underwriting deals, negotiations, and focusing on the numbers.  My wife Lina has her finance degree from Tulane and is also very good at understanding areas for investments and new opportunities, she also is great with design, and staging.

We started Del Val Investment group in 2018 when we did our first flip in Hollywood, Fl.  We then evolved and started to venture into short term vacation rental market and learned a lot on what to do, what not to do, how to manage our property, what to look for, and where to buy.  We currently have short term rental in Jensen Beach, Fl. We then continued with another flip, and we recently moved from Hollywood, FL to Satellite Beach FL. We have recently started getting into the world of multifamily properties. We purchased a Duplex in Daytona beach that we are converting into a Quadplex and we continue to look for more multifamily properties.
